PVA-Sansevieria trifasciata Fraction Films as Absorbers of Electromagnetic and Thermal Radiation on Smartphones

Technological developments have prompted the production of highly advanced smartphones. However, various features cause smartphones to heat up quickly and emit more electromagnetic radiation, which harms human health. Smartphone protection is needed solve these issues. This study aims create a film from S. trifasciata plant based on polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) reduce thermal radiation plants were macerated with acetone partitioned n-hexane, dichloromethane, ethyl acetate, water. The films made by mixing PVA four fractions. Among layers film, + water acetate fractions reduced 25.34% 2.64%, respectively, smartphone 3.82 °C 2.8 °C, largest reductions. results an LC–MS/MS analysis show that compounds thought be contained in both play major role reducing are di-(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate, diisononyl two steroidal compounds, namely, stigmasterol ergosterol peroxide.
